On behalf of the James R. Jordan Foundation and the Board of Directors, we'd like to congratulate to the A-Team 2020 and 2021 High School Graduates.
Due to Covid-19, we hosted a Virtual Graduation Ceremony to honor the A-Team Graduates in the Class of 2020 and 2021. Graduates and their families joined us in celebrating their success through presenting the graduates, awarding the Highest Earner Awards, and a raffle for an Apple MacBook Laptop. Each graduate that attended received a certificate, the Withdrawal Form to request their scholarship funds for their school or program, and a $100 Amazon Gift card to use for purchasing supplies for their next journey.
Throughout the A-Team Program, students demonstrated hard work and determination for success. Today, we are excited to recognize their accomplishments with their official A-Team Scholarship and of course, a celebration. It is our hope that they continue their journey as part of the A-Team and the JRJF Family by sharing stories of their accomplishments with future students.
To the parents and families, congratulations to you as well. We celebrate you for the support and encouragement to the graduates we are honoring today.

To kick off this year's virtual celebration, the students were presented a special "Congratulations" message from Mrs. Jordan. As they head off in different directions, Mrs. Jordan encourages students to "come back and contribute to the next generation."

Then, students got a glimpse into their future from Lanisha Thadison, an A-Team alumni who's story is still unfolding. "I'm a bachelor's prepared nurse, a wife, a mother, a soon-to-be author, a performer, and many other things," said Lanisha.

Highest Earners and Raffle Winner
Every year, we celebrate the top three earners for their outstanding participation and achievement in the A-Team Scholars program. Congratulations to the Top Earners from the Class of 2021!

All students that attended this year's virtual graduation were entered into a raffle to receive a brand new Apple MacBook Air to use throughout their time in college. After a drum roll and spinning the wheel of names, we gifted Sherman School of Excellence (now) Alumni, Jalen Bell, with the prize!
